And I am ALL about the relaxation with spa services so every thing about her service was enjoyable from her voice volume being calm and quiet when she did tell me the steps she was doing, to the facial movements when she applied the product, to the legit MASSAGE that was included on the shoulders/neck/ arms/hands.
